115 g sugar
115 g glucose syrup (can be substituted with sugar)
50 g butter
150 g heavy cream
Pour sugar and glucose syrup into a stewpan with a thick bottom and heat to 120 degrees C, add butter and hot cream and mix everything and boil it down to 118-120 degrees for 10 minutes, there should be a cream-colored mass slowly flowing down.
Cream nougat:
100 g caramel chocolate (can be substituted for milk chocolate)
40 g heavy cream from 33%
10 g butter
Heat the cream with butter until hot and pour over the chocolate and mix well until the chocolate melts, you can punch with a blender until smooth.
