4-5 Fresh Tomatoes
2 Onions
1 Garlic
Few Green Chillies
Salt
Roasted Cumin Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Some Lemon Juice
Warm Oil
FOR SOUTH INDIAN TOMATO CHUTNEY
3-4 tbsp Oil
8-10 Garlic Pods
1 Ginger
6-8 Tomatoes
3-4 Dried Red Chillies
1 tsp Salt
For Tadka:
Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Finely Chopped Garlic
2 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli Powder
Some Dried Red Chillies
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
