Southern City Eats Episode #1 Scattered, Smothered, and Covered
You probably already have everything you need to make this super delicious southern staple. Hash browns are best fresh, and since Waffle Houses have closed their doors, I decided to make my own!
I enjoyed working on this first video, and want to improve the quality of future projects. I believe Southern City Eats is something special, and can become something pretty cool one day. For now, it's a one woman show, and a hobby. I appreciate everyone who has supported me over the years, even when I did not believe in myself. I sincerely hope you enjoy the video, and find some inspiration in the process. Anyone can cook if they are fearless!
