This build uses compressed air to atomise the waste oil and is being built using a heavily modded Riello rdb burner as the base.
There are many ways to make a waste oil burner and I have made quite a few over the years but In this video I am just trying to see what works with these siphon nozzles. I also wanted to get a look at the spray output volume and pattern of the nozzle
These Develan adapter and nozzle sets are really well made and I was surprised by the engineering on both the adapter and the nozzle. They retail for about 30 dollars each plus or minus a couple of dollars.
There is quite a bit of detailed information in most of my videos and I show how to build a waste oil burner. This burner should turn out to be an economical waste oil burner because if it all goes to plan I should be able to thermostatically control this homemade stove burner.
I am not sure that I would call this an easy build but there should be enough information when this series is finished to make a great boiler stove or shed heater.
