The price per sq foot in Dallas is a joke. The city is a typical dirty blue bubble full of trash, graffiti and homeless. You don't notice it when single no kids, but once we did were disgusted and left. I lived by Bishop Arts, then Stevens Park Village. The schools are also a hot mess, no way we'd send our kids. Moved to Prairie Ridge, right in-between Midlothian and Mansfield. Brand new house twice the size for basically even money, we left near perfect time. Ugh the stray cats in Dallas are also terrible, cat piss over everything. We do miss the mature tees, new construction you get a few Charlee brown trees basically. Buy something in the hood that looks to be getting gentrified, then leave after the value pops like we did.
