Homestyle chicken noodle soup (using a whole chicken)

5-6 celery stalks
4-5 carrots
Black pepper
Salt
Rice wine
Water
2 squares of rice vermicelli (or the noodle of your choice)
Green onions
1 small bunch of green kale
1 red chili
