I wouldn't call that a sacrifice, a sacrifice imply the Kushan being responsible for all of those death, they are not, it's the Taiidan that is responsible, it is nonsensical to respect a treaty with people that are not even aware of the treaty, or simply enforce a treaty for more than one human lifespan.

@@benjaminparent4115 Remembering that treaty was the entire point of the Galsien religion, if they had listened and not gone into space the burning of the homeworld would have been averted. But I suppose we sort of solve that narrativly if the whole planet is already a write off. But if they explained the desertification, I missed it.
