Honda 400ex build assemble part 12 (videos will be coming fast so subscribe to keep notified). Assembling the motor top end, rocker arms both intake and exhaust, inserting and lapping the valves, valve seals, valve retainers, valve seats, valve springs, valve keepers (or cotters) in the engine on the trx400ex. This was accomplished by lapping the valves, prepping the surfaces, using a valve compressor tool, and inserting & torquing all the bolts. The engine cases were vapor blasted. This is an atv quad 4-wheeler rebuild.
