I would love building an entire quad myself, but I don't have the knowledge to! I always respect people who are able to take apart / rebuild their "toys" :)
+xSTI_GTRx - Agahnim You can always learn! Most of the chassis work is pretty straightforward, engine work is a little more difficult but with a few special tools, a service manual and RU-vid that can be learned as well!
Can you do a Gncc/ Trail Warrior 350? It's a cheap beginner quad and a major choice for people that just want a good reliable trail machine. If you could do it, it would be amazing! Thanks and keep up the awesome work!
+Earth Smell There are so many of them out there. It would be a good build to do. We're booked in the short term but its one to do in the future for sure.
+rzl07375 ATC200X Motocross Project underway, TRX450R Motocross Projectunderway, Raptor 700R trail Project, later this summer, YFZ450R Cross Country Project later this summer. ,
Oh no! He made the same mistake I did on putting on the rear sprocket lol the chains going to keep falling off because it's on the wrong side or not on the grooves😭😭
Give Em The Diddly I bought mines with the same problem took me 2 years to realize the mistake, din't fell often only wen carrying 2 ppl!! buddy of mine said " change the sprocket it might be bent " while taking it out I seen the problem jaja
www.p4quads.com/trx400exstud2.html It is necessary when your engine is modified otherwise the original studs stretch. Since 2011 I have GT head studs and my gasket does not leak oil. I got a 440, 12.5: 1 with 46whp and I never had a problem.
+Daniel Garcia We have some 700 projects coming upgrades, not restorations through. We would be into doing a 660 hop up, but people still want too darn much money for them to go buy one to hop up.
Just buy a Clymer manual. Like $28 shipped. It has everything and anything you'd need to know. I just finished a complete rebuild port polish big bore and cam build.
