Fellow Actitos! Not a full video on a timing belt replacement (ton of those already around) but more of some helpful tips AND bleeding the coolant system after changing the water pump. Pretty straight forward job, not too difficult.

I put the coolant in a 1 gallon pump sprayer with the spray tip removed. The radiator can easily be filled without removing the dashboard pieces and no spillage.

good to hear! the dash is like 5 screws so it's not a huge deal but that is a good work around!

dude who owns the truck bought the mount from harbor fright. it mounts to trailer bumpers but he made it fit the rack.

i'm replacing my timing belt now on my 1996 honda acty street pgm-fi 5-speed awd. holy cow, the crank shaft pulley bolt is about impossible! I battled it all day and going to attempt it again this weekend after ordering a stronger impact gun and a heavier duty impact socket. that bolt is a real struggle.

@@OhKeiGarage HOLY COW! This impact and socket combination and it came off like it was nothing, instantly. That was an expensive bolt for me to remove, lol. 1. Milwaukee M18 FUEL 1/2" High Torque Impact Wrench w/ Friction Ring Kit 2967-22 2. Lisle 77060 17mm Harmonic Balancer Socket

I'm not sure, i haven't replaced mine. this was a customers so I can ask what kit or where he bought all his hoses.
