I have the 2021 on order. I'm an older rider returning to biking so I want a quality bike that looks like the older bikes I grew up with. I just love the look of this. I honestly couldn't care less if other 125s are better. This bike I would not be embarrassed walking up to unlike the bright orange, KTM bug eyed bike that looks like it's designed for a twelve year old. This bike in my opinion is the best looking bike. Can't wait. Honda like Kawasaki and Yamaha make fantastic bikes. They are all limited to 15 bhp so not going to be wildly different from each other. Its all about how it looks in this category I think and given that it's a Honda you know there is nothing to worry about. Ride safe
Agree with you this bike is looking really great and drives fantastic so smooth is 125 and pretty light bike but when you on it it’s so easy to control and same time feels like you seating on something more serious than just 125!!! Video also will come up about KTM 68 plate!!
Hi Craig, exactly the same for me! expectig delivery next week :) Honda CB is the only choice for me :) Ride safe! Btw - very nice and useful review. Thanks
@@digisekce I'm now the proud owner of a Denim blue CB125r. Really good, been on a Wales trip with it. Very happy, good to be back in the saddle and this really is a capable machine.
@@booshallmighty Unfortunately Denim Blue is currently not available here so I decided to have Smoky Gray... Looking forward to test the performance of really seriously looking bike :)
They rate 2 125s better. The MT which is the fastest. But I’m too big for that. And the Duke! That’s very young looking and isn’t as roomy as the Honda
Thanks MT is very nice but I prefer Honda feel more like big bike but same time so comfy also got review about Honda CBR125R 2016 REPSOL also great bike
Think I've gone through every Honda now god knows its been many years haha, but never this model might have a look for my lad to get to school on has a big look not bad 👍
60 on a road like that is just not good, parked cars no escape room, possible pedestrians, if you don’t want to use up all your luck bunnies at an early age I recommend a bypass for it. Then again only a short trip it’s not big enough for long thrashing sessions, to get 80 out of a 125 would mean the engine being highly strung which means performance over longivity, that’s all based on many years of riding. (I started in 1976] and still riding, it’s only my opinion though and that’s not worth much
paxas03 I would you suggest this bike so far is one of the best 125cc bikes I ride so good looks amazing and riding is so easy!!! Only a bit pricey but you pay for quality look and comfort!!
Well I am just 1m 76 and as you se I can’t put my feet on ground comfortable but bets think for you is go for test drive or maybe get Yamaha MT they are pretty high bike
Alex On wheels yes definitely from my experience CB125R is the best!!MT125CC is same as YZFR125 they are nice but you don’t feel that big bike feelings and less gadgets than CBR with Duke it’s another great version of 125cc bike but still there is no feelings of that comfort what Honda gives you!! My opinion is HONDA CB125R is the best 125cc out there looks great big bike feeling and same time so easy to control 100% comfort and engines pulls enough for 125cc bike but that’s my opinion and there is a lot out there !! Go for test drive and you will understand what I am talking about
Easy man just get red stripes in ebay cost you maybe 5£ and the white bit also get the marker special one and that’s it will cost you about 10£ all together also I got video about the white writing check my channel!!
The speed problem is poor break-in of the engine was told by dealer first 500 km you need to slowly accelerate and speed after that rev the engine wide open
I own this bike also it’s fantastic for a 125cc, lacks a little power compared to other 125s but let’s face it your riding a 125cc it’s not about power.
Hi yeah I got full license and insurance for me is cheap but is all the pend have many no claim bonuses you got and your age and for have long you got your license or CBT certificate!!!
Both bikes are good but would suggest CB125R feels so good on it feels like you riding big bike but same time so light and comfortable and quality!!! MT is like YZFR125 it’s great but in my eyes not good as CB125R
You’re changing up too early. 50s in 3rd 60+ in 4th and it flies. I’m big! 18st and I can smash 70 on the slightly less powerful version. The new one is almost 15bhp That’s the one that claims 80mph 6th gear is overdrive only until 65mph when there is enough torque to pull you quicker!
