Not really, borla, corsa, remark etc are actually the best sounding exhaust systems with zero drone. Straight pipes always drone.

Whats crazy is everyone on the forums will tell you a full exhaust system is worth the money. These cars are slow AF why are you spending $2k on an exhaust system? I just took mine to a shop got custom tips high flow muffler for less than $400. Downpipe all you need other than that. People love spending wayyyyyyy to much money on this platform.

It's the titanium/weight savings on top of the sound that he was probably going for, even if it didn't actually make a noticeable difference in weight. But i'm sure the sound could be mimic'd for cheaper as well

He didn't do it for the weight savings from Titanium. He chose that setup because it was $2500.

Nah it would sound better en louder with a genuine turbo-back exhaust. Decat non-resonated with muffler at the end.

Yes and no. Some cars will run lean or rich after messing with the back pressure. I recommend a tune after getting any work done , no tune and straight pipe has caused misfiring on my bmws

i mean generally speaking if your not removing the cat convertors or the OPF/GPF (i dont think american cars have these) it shouldnt cause any codes to throw or any issues

The expensive system does sound better than straight pipe. Curious how that straight pipe system would sound with some sort of muffler on it.. Even a glass pack would help. It sound better. Imo

Oh god both of these sounds like absolute garbage. That's pretty expensive to make it sound like a lawnmower (I'm a civic guy as well and would never do either that "$2500" system or the muffler delete. Go with a real setup.
