Based on the experience with my father's Prius last winter (which had studless winter tires on), the snow can not be deep enough for it to start packing the underside of the car. If it reaches the body from the bottom and the momentum runs out it is game over. Since I only got summer tires for this car, I have not even taken any risks trying to go through a thick layer of snow. After it gets stuck there is no way it'll move under it's own power so I have just avoided taking any risks to begin with. This light layer stuff has been no problem.

@@JJsAutomotive yea....cos i got bogged in my friends muddy front yard and could not get out. Was embarassing. My Fn2 is also 2008 I wonder if the LSD is worth installing

I want to take it to the track so I was planning on getting a LSD. Not too expensive too, around 800€ when I checked. Not sure for regular driving though. 🤔 Is there really a point? 🤷‍♂️

@@JJsAutomotive well yes...if i were you...because you have snow, and slippery conditions and for safer cornering and better control the Wavetrac LSD is the WORLD BEST for both wheel slipping conditions and track use for the Fn2. Even if one wheel is in the air the wavetrac is the only helical LSD diff compared to Quaiffe Mfactory and Blackline that it will still drive the wheel with the most grip.

@@lexzenis2544 www.turbozentrum.de/Wavetrac-ATB-LSD-Honda-Civic-FN2-K20-6-Speed-Manual-Transmission - 1200€. Not too terrible, not too great. I hope I will have money for it one day before I manage to sell the car. Btw., I paid like 2950€ for the car so if I would have a 1200€ LSD in it then that would be almost half the price of the whole car. 😂

Nooooo the paint is so soft. You definitely shouldn’t be using a blade or brush anywhere near the painted parts.
