What up guys! I purchased a 09 CRF230m that the guy used for stunting and it was clearly wrecked multiple times while riding it. The Honda CRF230m was in ROUGH shape it need a top end, new forks, a crack welded up with new foot pegs, Mirrors, choke and clutch lever, ton of electrical work including tailight, headlight, instrument cluster, left handle bar controls. This was a fun wrecked bike rebuild I hope y’all enjoyed! Y’all stick around for more I have a lot more wrecked bike rebuilds and crazy projects in the near future!

Hello ben Love your work..you are a very skillful person... Would had been better if you had checked the valve clearance and properly jetted the carburettor as you put on an after market air filter which might have probably made the AFR lean...or you can simply use the OEM air6filter or a stock replacement... Love your dedication mate Cheers!!!!

Thanks! And Yeah the jets are still on their way but it still runs great, and yeah I should have done a valve adjustment or at least checked.

Instead of the heat gun. Try sanding it and using "dupli color plastic adhesion promoter" itd basically acetone in a spray can it'll melt it perfectly. Better and easier than using heat gun

I recon it’d look way better if you put a black DRZ headlight on there idk what Honda we’re thinking going for that style head light I think personally they look like actual shit but those DRZ headlights look mint

This actually came OEM with a DRZ similar headlight, I just hate the square so this is a Chinese made Kawasaki style headlight.

It’s a Chinese light but yeah basically a kawi light.

Sure I understand that there are a lot of tutorials and how-to videos out there but we all know that these tutorials are kind of easy-to-do scenarios where bolts are easy to remove, this and that, but perhaps you could start making those videos? Everytime I try and turn it on the neutral never turns on untill I press down on the clutch

I bought the bike for 400$ and it was a project bike that never got finished and I have bin watching you're videos but I can't get the bike to work like you and I'm a little scares to Take it apart and loose bolts or screws I'm from Lockhart Texas and it's a little town I deliver food in a old Ford truck but it waist too much gas

@@donaboutit6568 Looks like you’ve got your clutch pressure mixed up with kick stand switch or neutral switch
