Back to it on the 72cc polini honda elite build. Today we test out a new prototype exhaust pipe from S23 against my arrow exhaust. We rip the 72cc corsa around a bit and get our first impressions on this new pipe!

All right we’re back to the elite 👍🏽, think a red contra would help wit the start off. Pipe sounds Nice bro. Love how the windjammer pulls at the top too, I’ll have to grab one these as well. It does look a lil shorter, not sticking out past tire but looks super close to the engine shroud . 🧐 Congrats on the channel growth, going all in! From the Chinese scooters to now, I really enjoy how you put vids together, it’s like I’m there witcha bro! keep up the good work Mopboyz4Life!

Looks like it’s a windjammer replica. I run 4.5gram weights and black (stiffest) clutch spring and red contra (stiffest) and it’s a ripper without any porting. Glad Brandon did this, a lot cheaper than my jammer!

Have u ever did a straight pipe vs a expansion chamber? If so what one works better. I have a 100 cc two stroke and when I went with straight pipe no muffler I for crazy low end and lost a lil top speed but I'm trying to figure out if expanded chambers are worth me buying

@@joneserupinsmoke9161 two strokes need expansion chambers to work properly. They use the expansion of the exhaust gases aid in pulling air and fuel into the cylinder You should watch some videos on how two strokes work it will help you understand why they’re needed

Sounds like you need to stiffen up the clutch springs just a little to get rid of the shifting moment as we call it because it’s way to noticeable. it should get you autowheelying from standstill. Don’t go any lighter on the rollers

How is the throttle response on that bike? I have a dio with an almost identical setup except im running the arrow and a pwk 26mm. Rips all the way up to half throttle but after that just bogs from 1/2 to wide open throttle and cant seem to tune it correctly to get that too speed out of it. Thanks 👍

@@sdugasjr Basically minimize the chances of ruining your bike farrings and frame body! I’m case of a crash 💥 they are designed to take the impact instead of every else because they stick further out on the bike! I just recently uploaded a video and my prototype frame sliders are in my content 💯 hope that helped!

We don't have a single part produced in china. Infact, our filters, and most our s23 branded stuff is made in the same factory that does parts for s6, polini and malossi. Proof is in the pudding, we make items to our own spec. Set out s23 filter next to a s6, the only difference is the name, and ours comes with more pieces for less money, in a nicer package :)

@@runningbear211 nope, Taiwan, polini carbs made in Taiwan, s6 filters Taiwan, polini jets, Taiwan. Polini cranks, pistons, bores, are made in Italy, the smaller items, just like our s23 are made in Taiwan. The two last pipes we had made in Italy, for dio, by 2fast and polini all cracked. So we have them made in Taiwan, as they’re stronger for USA streets. Our carbs were coming out with will be same spec as polini, made in the same factory by the same people with a few upgraded tweaks for less money. Not only are we making the same things, but we’re making them better for less money. Cranks, bores, pistons, always Italy.. We don’t have to prove this brand, it’s already out there. Over 1000 items have left our shop so far not one quality issue everyone’s blown away with the quality. You’re going to see polini and malossi belts go to $45-55 in 2022, s23 will work the same and it will be $25. We’re cutting out one more companies overhead between the maker and retailer, saving the customers money.
