Hello. Under the seat, there are two covers - one for the battery and the second, where the carburateur is. When you take out the second, you will see the water hoses and hidden filling cap under the plastics - there is one screw to hold the filling element, you loose it (not necessary to take the screw out) and then, take the filling element out on the hoses. Now you have acces to the filling cap.
