This is a video where I remove the engine/motor from my 1967 Honda S90 so that I can see any issues and repair them. this bike has been sitting for a long time so I did a full diagnostic and found out what a lot of the issues where. Now I do not know if I should fix the motor or do a Lifan Swap or a Pit Bike Swap.

Facing a similar problem myself (with the electrical system) on my 1966 Honda s90. Looks like the new wiring harness I have ordered in doesn't support the three point ignition switch. So will have to source another. Also came to the realization that I will need to remove the entire engine to get the electricals done. That's how I found this video - so thanks for showing me how. What did you end up doing with the wires? Where you able to find the correct harness and install it?

I actually bought a used switch without a key and there is a guy on ebay who will cut honda keys for you if you have the number off the tumbler. it worked out well for me.
