You did a much better job then alot of other videos where they act like they are a fiberglass master.. nice job!

I always use super glue to hold the pieces before the fiberglass work. Might try that next time.

Looks like you did dang good for your first time

From my perspective, I would probably fit all pieces to be repaired first. Using a super glue or 90 second epoxy would help to hold while making the repair. Secondly, even if I were not using glass on the outside, I would still use some epoxy on the outside to fill and secure. If repaired correctly you should not have any need for bondo on the repair. Overall it was a good first effort with glass.
