@@ostacruiser lol. Didn't really look like Canadian sand . Canadian sand has a glitter to it . Stay safe and thank you for the videos. I was saving up for an X3 but after seeing the sherp videos. I was .... Oh no.
Thank y’all!!! That is exactly what I wanted to see. I love Honda, and because of this video with the 32’s. I am sold!!! Hope y’all do a long term review how it handles them after, a few months, and how the DCT handles it.
Great video. Man the Honda Quality and durability shines through. I’ve owned many a Honda and everything including my CR 500 was bulletproof. Nice shirt Doug!
Out of all the machines I've owned theres always something special about the hondas. Cant place my finger on it. Never felt that way twords my canam or Polaris. Keep up the good work, were all counting on you!
Wow! Impressive! I've got an X, which hasn't been out much yet (I'm in Oklahoma and the weather has NOT cooperated). We're headed to Little Sahara with it next week (weather permitting). Great to see that the Talon handles the bigger tires fine. I've been on the fence about the lower doors, so I really appreciate your coverage of those as well. As always, thanks much for sharing. Steve
Really impressed with the Honda, I saw one in Jawbone over the weekend and it seemed to be ripping it up! I like the ability to shift manually for crawling or auto for trail riding.
Id love to have you guys up here to PA sometime this summer! We have over 90 acres on our property that we ride almost every weekend. Spent most of this winter adding some new stuff to the trails & fixing/adding jumps in.. Tons of hillclimbs in the woods, some pretty cool man made features to ride across & everything. Im sure you guys are pretty busy in the summer, but we should definitely try to set something up if possible! Have a guest house you boys would be more than welcome to stay in as well! I can send you my email & send you some pictures & videos of what we have, if its something you would be interested in! Another great video boys!
Super stoked to hear you’ll be at mudnats! I live here where it’s hosted. I hope to run into you guys and try to talk Doug into a ride in that talon!! See you soon boys!
Thankyou and goodmorn duds, from P.G, Canada. Now we need {for science} to see a set of portals , 4" but prefer 6" which will add stability and but also re-gear for them there tires. So with portals you can pick a gear ratio to a point. Also needs to be done for those that mud, clearance , tires are king.ps have fun
I picked up my Talon X on Thursday. Had a complete BLAST with it over the weekend in St. Helen. Alot of my decision of the purchase was based upon your reviews. Thanks for the advice. See ya in the mud
Awesome video guys thanks make sure you slime the machines you are bringing to Mn the iron ore in the dirt stains every thing have a great day be safe and welcome to Mn.
Very impressed that 32s fit and also impressed with the front diff performance I was a little skeptical of it where you really need both front tires turning.
Great work on the throttle control Doug! You just didn't pin her when you stopped moving forward, sometimes less is more! Nice work on the talon guys! Points for sending it in the mud.
Same goes for the Honda atv's if your on an automatic. 1 gear in manual. Can't run auto in mud. I'm interested to see how the DCT on the Talon does in deep snow. Great video guys, cheers.
Well I didn’t get no response from anybody so it’s ok. I got the Method wheels w/ bead grip and the System3 XT300 and they rock. I top out at 50 MPH in low range with the 33” tires. I have been to Davis Oklahoma at a place called Cross Bar UTV park. I have concord rock face and dead man. Hope this helps for anybody who is thinking about my set up.
