Our friends at Dragonfire Racing sent us a sent of their new System 3 XT300 tires and ST-3 wheels to test on Steve's X3! We tear up the field, the gauntlet, and get them a little muddy!
Great review on these tires. I would definitely trade the weight for the durability and the wheels are a great addition to the look! The launch out of the pond was epic!!!!!
Freaking great. those look pretty aggressive and definitely do well in the mud/loose dirt. Really excited to see how they handle some rocks. Looking for a new set and now have these on my list of stuff to check out!
Sweet setup! I've got XComp 32's coming from STI and putting them on raceline beadlock. Talking to Sous the other day about it. Good buy Steve and good video as usual!
17:09 I know from having Boggers on my K5 & FJ40 no lateral traction... slow sidehill crawls can get a little hairy 😳 but that lack of horizontal traction is a blast for drifting. Really looking forward to you guys bring those units back out to the trails 🙌🙌🙌
I have been thru alot of tires in my time but the system 3 xm310 mudd tires i have on my 2012 canam outlander 800 xt r the best tire i had so far i dont think all go to any other tire again , nice choice bud and nice bike 👍
Looks awesome! You’re channel is fantastic. Just ordered a x3 max. Your channel should get a max 😜 I’ll definitely be ordering some mods from your site soon!
I was really hoping to see a before and after comparison doing the 400' drags. usually steve is like 67mph I think. I would like to see the true difference with the added weight.
I was SHOCKED when the tires touched the edge of the water the first time. I almost spit up when he drove through it. Steve must be getting ready to buy a new machine or something??
My XT300s come in today. So ready. I had to go with the 33” do to I want to keep my 15” wheels on my Honda Talon 1000R. I’m hearing if you go down to 14” wheels on the Talon the wheels are breaking. I didn’t want to risk it.
I also appreciate the content, I just bought a rzr 1000. I ride dirt bike enduro, but after 40 its hard to find guys to ride with, all the ride parks down here are full of sxs so decided to join the club and buy one.
Ditto! The old knees can’t take the enduro rides anymore. You’ll love sxs. It as closely approximates the speed and fun factor- without the aches and broken bones. Lol.
They have the look, they have the true to height measurement, they are radial, they are 8 ply, they are a light in weight... but the big question is how do they ride compared to the Big Horns or other tires you guys have tried??? Great review btw!
Some is bought some is given. We don't just randomly get stuff though, everything we do install is stuff we want. We turn companies down allllll the time for these types of deals.
@@SXSBlog Man, turning down free stuff, must be living the dream! Really enjoy what you guys are doing, this is the only SXS channel that I keep coming back to watch.
Hey sxsblog I have a couple requests: - what is the turning radius on all the machines? - what is the decibel level in the cockpit? My XP1K was a bit loud and obnoxious just wondering if the X3 or Turbo S is any quieter.
Question for you fellas. I want to buy a maptuner from you guys. I have a 17 RZR terba. I Don't see a spot to select the yr. Is this not important? Just wondering thanks
SXSBlog.com I’m gonna start running sand drags with my OG maverick turbo was wondering if u ran these XT300 in the sand if these or a paddle tire hook better? I would cut the system 3s to loose some weight btw just curious ur opinion.
Man we haven't really run them in the sand but I'm sure they would hook in about anything. Would love to see a cut set in action. We'll cut ya a sweet deal on some if you wanna try!
I had tires like that and thought the EXACT same thing "they will get great traction like the TSL" Nope. I HATED those tires with a passion. There is no tread block to stop the dirt from going through sideways. So they cornered HORRIBLE and when I stood on the throttle they would slide sideways because of the lack of tread blocks to stop the dirt from moving through there. Hope you guy have a better experience but I suspect you will find the same thing.
