thanks! i have that same problem of the stuff being grayed out when i try to register! Will have to try downloaded it again a few times... and just download for all of them like you said, nice... couldn't find a solution anywhere else ;)
is there any difference with letting a professional install it for u, or is that an option, do I have to do it on my own? Im okay doing mods on my own or with buddies but I feel like if u choose the wrong flash for ur car or u think u chose the right one but it ends up being wrong that ima have to live with a f'd up ecu or watever it transmits it ti. Im a noob when it comes to the inside of the car🤣. Have watched and done alot of research on intakes and other few mods on the inside of the car so I have a clear idea wat I want to do when i get there. Definitely want to get a flashpro but later after I finish my visuals. new rims, mugen tail, eibach lowering springs along with new struts, and the Invidia n1 exhaust.
Not sure if you'll see this due to video uploaded do long ago, but anyways does anyone know which one to get that loud vtec crossover sound, I had it before but once I used flashpro, it's gone.., does anyone know how to get it back? Is it factory settings?
Hey, video really helped on my install, if hondata did not have the calibration/basemap that I needed, where else would be a good place to look? Make- 2013 Civic lx (not SI) with a K&n cold air intake (model 69-1020TS)
man I'm still having trouble with the fp drivers. error code 10. I have installed the software and reinstalled it many times. I also downloaded the drivers from the hondata site. I'm using windows 10. Device manager still shows a yellow exclamation mark even when I press update driver.
HEY trying to install my flashpro to my 2012 civic lx sedan, i have registered the flashpro, both the drive and flashpro icons at bottom of the screen have green checks, when i go up to the online tab and enter my vin# it says vin not detected am i supposed to hook it up to the obd2 with the laptop to be able to lock it/
You got scammed. He sold you a dead device. If its hooked on his car, it cannot be used on yours or any others. He shouldve had unloaded back into the flashpro before selling to you.

Wilson Andagana fácil. Primer paso vas a bajar la aplicación de flashpro (www.hondata.com/downloads.html) cuando llegues a la página buscas flashpro y le haces click al primer opción bajo flashpro para que se baje la aplicación. Segundo paso cuando la aplicacion acabe vas a conectar el flashpro a tu computadora o laptop y entras a la aplicación. Tercer paso le haces click a flashpro y te va aparecer una pantalla chiquita y buscas Edit information (renovar información) llenas tu información para Hondata también te pedirá el número de vin del carro para regístralo pero ya cuando hagas la calibración. Cuarto paso le haces click a new calibration (calibración nueva) y te va aparecer otra pantalla. Te va preguntar que año es tu si y escoges 06-11 u.s y el otro igual. Quinto pase escogerás stock or equivalent (stock o equivalente) y ya le pones ok. Se va cerrar la pantalla. Ahorra buscaras una flecha que se derije hacia arriba para que flashes el flashpro. Verás una pantalla chiquita que se llenará en verde y cuando se acabe te diera que ya esta listo. Ahora si puedes más o menos te guias con los pasos que dije junto con el vídeo para más o menos entenderlo
Can I just find a guy on Craigslist selling one and tell him, "I want to check if it's unlocked before I give you the cash?" Then proceed to go to your car plug your laptop into it, lock it to your car(if it is unlocked like advertised), upload a basemap, flash your car, then unlock the flashpro from your car, tell the guy "oh I'm having trouble with this, it says it's locked, sorry I can't buy this." Then leave with a basemap flashed to your car and $700 still in my pocket?
