The kneesovertoesguy, the Wim Hof method, and Yoga with Adriene changed my life. I love every day now, I live pain free because of these people. I owe them so much, I am so grateful.
I’m documenting the superhuman rate of recovery and some daily practices, as well as not being sick for 5 years. I highly recommend these incredible people to everyone I meet now.

I’m also wearing Xero brand lately. It’s too bad I have to pay duty fees to have them shipped to Canada but at least they last a season!

@@NN-og4kj I love xeros, just not for bball or tennis, I tried man and it just didn’t work for me. I imagine the soles are better suited on the uncivilized shoe but I haven’t tried them yet

seeing the bottom...what kind of stupid would someone be to put slits in the rubber...it's obviously for APPEARANCE...but it's on teh bottom so who cares and the only thing it could possibly do is create instablitlity or as shown...a weak point. I love KOT but the lack of common sense is going to make me look elsewhere for shoes.
