Heck, forget about using Dinosaur DNA, start combing through the DNA of our fellow hominids (now extinct) for useful protein configurations. Or even check the Y chromosome for any beneficial recessive traits (since almost no one is born with double Y chromosomes, and those that do suffer from severe physical ailments, any beneficial recessive alleles on that chromosome would never be expressed unless humans artificially introduced them to an X chromosome). Genetic research has an ENORMOUS amount of potential.

They should of made a mixture of both. Dino Captain or Captain Dinosaur or American Dinosaur. That would have been infinitely cooler than the movie we got.

I've been watching all the Jurassic movie honest trailers back to back and the absurdity of so many "Alan!" additions is making me cry laughing.

Just goes to show that originality left the building the very moment "Lost World" was greenlit.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters is pretty much the same thing as this movie, great special effects with incredibly stupid and boring human characters and no scenario to speak of, but it didn't even make $400M because most people don't care much for the monsterverse or whatever they call it, whereas Jurassic Park/World will always attract fans of the franchise. Same thing that's happening with Star Wars and many other older, popular franchises.

Quite frankly the U.S. government could evacuate the area, and then bomb all the dinosaurs to death if they so desired(they are just bigger man-eating reptiles), its not like any actually prepared group can't just hunt them down. Who thinks the sequel will be the government rounding them up to go into a zoo (or experimental facility) and they will pull the "We only have non lethal weapons" stunt, like the first Jurrasic World movie?

Carlos Donizetti the Dino’s she’s releasing didn’t try to kill her and she was also saved by a dino. The whole point is that people don’t consider them to be alive, that they don’t deserve the same kinda respect that a non cloned animal deserves, and the girl, she’s a clone to, if those animals don’t deserve to live in peace that means she doesn’t as well

Because humanity is so weak they can't kill a few dozen animals with tracking chips in them. And those reptilian species from a tropical island (most of which doesn't have a pair of them to reproduce) will just overrun the entire planet no matter the climate.

As dumb as that sounds, the end result might have actually been better than Fallen Kingdom. At the very least, it had the potential to be more entertaining.

+Garrus1995 Entertaining as a B-Movie idea honestly. If they still stick with that under the name "Jurassic Park 4" not only it will tarnish just the films but also the Original JP Novels which is where Jurassic Park got adapted from which didn't have Dino/Human-Hybrids. The End Result of that Supposed Scenario would have a Potential Disaster rather than just be Entertaining Positive Potential for the Jurassic Park name/franchise. Which is why it's still breathing since they do happen to listen to us. That Concept was heavily backlashed so they went with Mutant Dino Hybrids instead (Indominous Rex & Indoraptor).

Maybe if they went the Star Wars route, made it a spinoff as opposed to a main installment. Yeah, it's dumb but at least they could be honest about it as opposed to trying to be smart but looking all the more stupid when they fail (as with Fallen Kingdom).

One could argue that the gas wouldn't have dissipated quickly enough. But surely anyone with a brain cell would have tried that FIRST. And THEN, if it didn't work, open the cages!

I don't think anyone knew how to disperse the gas out of the rooms.

But simply opening the cages surely wouldn't change anything. Opening the door first would be the most logical approach of the two, then take it from there. I'm not against them letting them out, because it sets up an interesting premise for the sequel, but it's just the order in which it was done.

"We are Groot..." There, that was the reason. Phony sentimentality, trying to convince the audience that there is a heart to the mess that is that movie. Penny Plot Device served no other purpose than that. You'd think that her clone status would be a jumping off point to shove in human cloning into the story. But no.

Blood Knight I think FK is underrated. Not the best, but I understand what they were trying to do. The islands are getting old. They want to try something different with them. So bring them to the mainland. But they needed a reason to do so to escape the islands. That’s what FK is. Basically hype for the next one which I think will be much better as it will be Jurassic World

Isla Sorna was emptied of dinosaurs to fill the park. It was also a volcanic island. It would be pretty stupid to move them from one volcanic island to another.

I mean, we have the tools not to be fooled anymore by glamorous trailers! It takes a few minutes of downloading to see whether it'll be a waste of money first!

I noticed this fairly quickly when I first saw this movie, Soirema. I was majorly disappointed with this completely unnecessary decision.
