These Honey Glazed Pork Chops are a favorite in our house. Succulent pork chops grilled on the Braai, then coated in a caramelized sweet & savory Honey glaze. So easy! Served with delicious parmesan-crusted baby potatoes. This recipe takes meat & potatoes to a whole new level!
Recipe
∙ Pork chops
∙ Salt & Pepper
∙ Canola oil ( to coat the chops before grilling)
Honey Glaze
∙ ¾ cup Honey
∙ 1 teaspoon onion powder
∙ 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
∙ a pinch of chilli flakes
Parmesan crusted Potatoes
∙ 750g Baby Potatoes
∙ 2 tablespoons butter
∙ Salt & Pepper
∙ 150g grated Parmesan cheese
