Recipe/Ingredients:
- Grilled Chicken Cutlets
- Fried Chicken Cutlets
- Heavy Cream
- Manchego
- Garlic
- Habanero pepper
- Unsalted butter
- Bread
- Honey
- Black Truffle - if you got it
Directions:
1.Heat up sauce pan and add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 crushed garlic cloves.
2. Slice habanero pepper and add to sauce pan; lower heat to medium and allow to cook for 1 minute.
3. Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream and stir.
4. Slice and add Manchego cheese to sauce pan. Add a tablespoon of butter with a drizzle of olive oil. Stir periodically
5. Add a tablespoon of butter with a drizzle of olive oil in a saute pan. Add sliced bread to the pan and then remove.
6. Preheat oven to 400º. Place chicken on a sheet pan and place in the oven for 3-5 min. Remove and add a spoonful of honey to each chicken cutlets. Place the chicken back in the oven for another 1-2 min.
7. Preparation: spread sauce on the bread, add chicken and enjoy! If you really want to take it to the next level, shave Black Truffle over the chicken cutlet and voilà!
