This is my favorite dessert as it is also tasty and nourishing. You could make this dessert
to please your mum on special occasions like Mother's Day celebration.
Honeydew sago dessert Recipe: -serving for 8 persons
Ingredients :
For serving:
Honeydew 500 g ( use spoon to scoop honeydew into ball-shape
or cut into cubes, set aside)
Ice cubes 1 bowl
For cooking sago :
80 g sago
500 ml water
Cold water
For cooking syrup:
1 litre water
200 g rock sugar ( can substitute with sugar)
3 pandan leaves
400 ml evaporated milk( can substitute with milk)
Honeydew puree：
honeydew 300g, cut into pieces(put into blender, blend well.)
Method：
1.Rinse and soak 80 g sago in water for 15 minutes. Drain.
Bring 500 ml water a boil, add in sago and cook for 15 minutes until translucent.
Stir constantly to avoid sticking. Drain.
Soak sago in cool water for 3 mins, drain out water, set aside.
2. Boil 1 litre water, add 3 pandan leaves and sugar 200 g,
3. Medium heat cook till sugar melts. Boil for 15 minutes.
4. Add in evaporated milk, stir. Turn off the heat. Add in honeydew puree and sago.
When it cools down, keep in the fridge.
5.Before serving, add some honeydew balls and some ice cubes.

让家人在佳节时享用冰冷的爱心西米露，例如母亲节即可让妈妈 吃得开心， 也可以达到美颜的功效。
爱心西米露- 8 人份
材料
蜜瓜 500 g(把 500 克的蜜瓜用汤匙将果肉挖成小圆状， 待用)
西米 80 克
冰糖 200 克
3 片 班兰叶
1 公升水
蜜瓜泥：
蜜瓜300 克切小块，放入搅打机搅打成泥，待用
淡奶400 毫升（ 也可以用牛奶代替）
作法：
1.80 克西米洗净，浸水15 分钟。 放入500 ml 水以小火不停搅拌煮 15分钟至透明。
过沥水，倒入冷水浸泡3 分钟. 沥干水待用。
2. 煮沸1 公升水,放入3 片 香兰叶 , 200克 冰糖。 中火煮至糖融化, 煮 15 分钟，
加入400ml 淡奶搅匀，熄火。
3. 倒入入蜜瓜泥与沙谷米，搅匀。待冷后放入冰箱。
4. 使用前加入蜜瓜粒及适量冰块。
