Mane you can change if you want, I was going tuff in north Memphis and then ATF agents bumpd down on me one morning and changed my life in front of my kids. The look on my lil boy face when those feds was 15 deep handcuffing me was priceless. I spend quality time with my family and move right because they are still watching to see if I possess a firearm.

In Florida, they recently changed the law where you have to be in "actual possession" instead of this constructive possession stuff but what they'll do now is get a DNA search warrant for you if you're not already a felon and in the system already to check the drugs found and check multiple points on the gun to say without a doubt that you handled and were in possession of it. Tons of people are sitting in county in Florida waiting for these cases to go to trial because also if you have multiple codefendents you have a conflict of interest technically with the public defender's office so they'll assign a conflict attorney on your case

Professionals don't let ANYBODY handle their weaponry except for themselves, EVER. A lot of these guys cant afford security and their record deals dont inckude security because they are not valuable enough to the manager/label. Real security is trained, insured, and highly professional.
