One my unforgettable Hong Kong experiences is doing this Lamma Island Loop! Down to my last few days during this Hong Kong trip, I decided to do this exciting adventure!
Here's the trail I followed during this adventure:
Starting Point at Yung Shue Wan then to Hung Shing Yeh Beach where the start also of the Family Trail. It's a coastal trail with sweeping views of Hung Shing Yeh Bay up to the lookout Pavillion.
Shortly after, I passed the sandy beach and fishing rafts of Lo So Shing village. I visited Lo So Shing Beach before continuing to Kamikaze Cave then to Tin Hau Temple which is already part of the Sok Kwu Wan Village. This is where I rested and took my breakfast before deciding to also hike the Ling Kok Shan Mountain. During the hike, I met also two Pinay OFWs in Hong Kong looking for the Penis Rock! hahaha..which is also viral on Tiktok during that...so I decided to join them as well!
It took us until around 3:30pm to finally go down ending at the trail near the Tin Hau Temple. Because I was too tired, instead of walking back to Yung Shue Wan, I decided to take the ferry back to Central and joined Ate Judy and Ate Kate and then took the ferry from Central to Yug Shue Wan. Arrived on time for sunset!
