Bean curd stick is, i think, dried tofu skin in English. please correct me if I'm wrong. This is a rich layer skimmed off the top of the tofu vat during tofu manufacturing and dried hanging from a stick sort of like pasta.

yes, you are correct. And this one is the deep fried tofu skin. not easily broken during cooking. :) Thank you for supporting.

hehe...if you hear crunch or some kind of clues to the dishes textures, it makes you wanna try it also... given that nowadays people specialize on doing just ASMR good audio quality...my two cents.
