Very interesting video. In Canada, all traffic from either direction must stop for a school bus when children are boarding or leaving. As long as the school bus's red lights are flashing, no vehicle is permitted to move. The police is not required to be called to a scene of a minor accident if no one is hurt or lightly bumping your car against another. You are required to pull over away from traffic, if possible, and both parties are to fill out an accident report form that is sent to your insurance company. In minor bumps and scratches, etc... both drivers can agree to have the one responsible for the damage to pay for the repairs without having to fill out the accident form.
