When I saw "History of..." I assumed ot would be the actual history. Like how the trend started, when (way before the 1900s) things like that not famous people who wore hoops. Not impressed by the "history of hoops."

Otherwise they'd up all day talking about the Minoans and Shakespeare and pirates and the entire African diaspora and India and.... let's just say hoops have a massive, insanely diverse history. But the people most famous for wearing them and sparking modern USA fashions for them are in the video!

I feel the same way. The fact that they had so little to say about Sade (not even being biased) but the fun fact that she is known for wearing them and the most basic wiki fact of how many albums she's sold is sad any fourth grader could google that research it's sad and cliche. Some of the artist definitely deserved better than presented.

i *love* earrings with a passion. i make the whole family turn back so i can put some on if i forgot to wear them. and hoops are my favorite! i got a pair a few months back that's the biggest i've ever had. the diameter is 5 inches! (17.5 cms i think) i can fit both my hands through lol it's not even heavy too! the one i have is silver i'm gunna get a back up one and one in gold, oh and i only paid $2.13 for them ^^
