This first segment features a panel of experts, including Steve Jones, Indiana State Fire Marshal; Tony Murray, President of the Professional Fire Fighters Union of Indiana; Troy Clements from the Pike Township Fire Department; and Dr. Bob Smith, a mental health specialist. Together, they discuss the current state of mental health in the firehouse, the stigma surrounding it, and the importance of open conversations and support systems.
