I was about to call out a repair guy but now I've watched this video, I realise I was using the controls for light loads and that's the reason it's not spinning properly. Thank you for showing me how to use it correctly.
I’ve had this washing machine for a year, having now seen this video I will actually be able to use it to its full potential. I didn’t realise half the things it can do. Probably time to download the app too 🙈
Thanks for the video 👍 I got this washer 2 weeks ago and I’ve had 2 weeks of hell trying to work out how to use it correctly. To say the instruction book is useless would be an understatement 🤬
Totally agree. Can't make head nor tail of it. Too much information to take in. It shows a picture of the LED panel which isn't that clear, but not the dial so, out of all the information in the book, I don't know what relates to what. Looks like I'd better bookmark this page because I think I'm going to have to watch the video every time I do a washload for a good while!! I don't like it and wish I could send it back even though I only got it today!
Really? I just got a 10Kg version of this today. Seems pretty easy to me. The only thing I can't work out is the point of One Touch. I've watched this video and still can't see the point of it.
Thanks for this. I can now use my washing machine to the full potential I haven’t got this actual model but very similar, I’ve had it 4 years but only now realised one touch now works on an iPhones Thank you
Thank you for this. We just purchase a Hoover H-Wash 300/1400 spin washing machine. It is a good machine, but the 1400 spin can only be used on a few washing cycles. My old machine was a Zanussi and I was able to do an extra rinse cycle finishing with a 1200 spin. The maximum spin speed on the rinse cycle of the Hoover is only 1000 spin which is really annoying. Perhaps I am missing something, but I have read the instructions leaflet thoroughly and can not find any solution therefore I assume that most washes can not be done with a 1400 spin. The machine also automatically reduces the spin speed if the load is small. It is a 8kg machine. We often have smaller loads hence the machine automatically finishes on lower spins than the one I had chosen at the start of the cycle. I am not sure, I might be doing something wrong. The instructions are not the best. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!
im not sure if you are aware of the intergrated models but i noticed on every vid i looked at on youtube of them that the press door that covers the washer its hinges are on the left, my current washer they are on the right hand but gives me the option to hang on the left also, does the hoover intergrated model give me the option to hang the cupboard door on both sides or is it the left hand side only as i plan on buying one
Do you sell any induction hobs? I’m looking at possibly a neff one but would be good to get some kind of honest review of the pros and cons please. Many thanks 😊
Excellent value very informative and helpful. Now I can use it properly and to its full capacity. Great presentation. Umm what about problem areas do u deal with those issues as well?
Can anyone help me with my washing machine. I bought a Hoover washing machine lately and like other washing machines they spine the clothes after washing is done, but my machine stops and I have to set the fail on sin & drain separately to do that.
Hoover started making washing machines in 1948. They made one of the first "programmable" machines, that used a module that you inserted to select cold fill only or cold and hot fill modes.
Hi just recent change my washing machine 9kg carbon it washing is start perfect but spinning speed is very slow can anyone help me what is problem now. Thanks
Your vid has helped me loads. Had this washer for 3 weeks been using quick wash only. As thr 3hr wash was a shocking time! Lol will start using it properly now also the deep clean setting for my sofa covers lol yeaaa thanks for sharing ✌🥰
Great tutorial thanks. It would be nice if hoover had a label for remember the different weights for the loads you mention 14 mins is 1kg 30 mins is 2.5 44 mins is 3.5
Hi I'm bothering you because the washing machine doesn't drain the water and remains inside the drum. I think the waste water and clean water pipes are in bad shape or for sure we made a mistake.Under the sink I have a siphon with two pipes, one red and one blue and then you can see the siphon that lets out another white one. we put the clean water pipe in the blue pipe and the waste pipe in the white pipe, but as I said there is a red one. Unfortunately, no video shows how to connect the washing machine to the sink. with the hope that you can help us, thank you
It sounds like the machine should be connected ok, but it sounds like there is a problem with the waste outlet as the water isn't draining from the machine
Just for people’s info, you should never leave a washing machine unattended. I almost went out recently, but changed my mind at the last minute. The Beko washing machine caught fire and I physically pulled it out and put it in the garden to clear the smoke. A very close call.😳
I don't get the reason for one touch other than for other settings not on the dial by the time you fight with it to link with phone it's easier just to start/set manually would rather able to use WiFi for when out of house and forgot to turn machine on or to respond before arrival home or turn dryer on before you get home ect would have more of an advantage
Andy Collier his name isn’t actually Sandra. His name is Craig and he makes fake accounts pretending to be someone else he also gets annoyed when people tell him to stop harassing people to do reviews on washers etc
sir i bought new one but not exactly same it is 7kg A+1000 its is spining but after wash with soap its stop and not drain what we can do for this issue?
If it is not draining then it could be that the drain outlet is blocked or getting blocked. May be worth getting this checked out as it could solve the draining issue
Thank you for making this video Iv just purchased this in a 9kg 1600 spin My floor is level but on 1600 spin it gos crazy like a fraught train, all my cleaning sprays under sink fall to the floor my microwave moves across the top If I do a empty 1600 spin it's ok as soon as I put clothes in it goes made at the last 3 minutes Iv had to take out coverage before a Hoover engineer will come out they said if there's no falt to the machine I'm liable for 100.00 call out so I took out the cover Becouse I cant afford to pay that amount so he's comming in a few days . I'm happy with it otherwise but iv payed extra for a 1600 spin and if I can't use it it's no good to me.
The first question would be did you install the machine yourself or did a company install it for you? Before you use it again, make sure that all of the transit bolts have been removed. These are the bolts in the back of the machine that keep the drum steady in transit. Even if one is in then it can cause the machine to jump around. You can also find that you need a decent load of washing in the machine to balance the load while spinning. Especially at 1600 spin with a small load it will make the machine unbalanced. Have a look and let me know.
Frustratingly, on the same day i recorded, edited and uploaded this video, we had the announcement that the model was discontinued. I uploaded it anyway to help people if you need assistance in learning about it, but you are correct that there is no link to buy one.
What does it mean when you change the temperature such that there’s no light/temperature selected? Does that mean the water comes in cold & isn’t heated?
hello, can you give me some advice for 2 months or so, the commands are chaotic, the crazy lights come on one after the other, what do you suggest I do??
got a hoover h300 one touch last week I put on with washing powder and there was no suds when the wash finished - I felt it wasn't washed properly ,on reading the manual it says to use liquid detergent, my question is...can I use powder straight into the drum and why is there no suds?
There are few suds now on most machines because they use much less water than old machines. You can put powder straight in the drum but it is recommended to go in the drawer as the detergent isn't normally used at the start of the wash
Hi I've just brought the hoover H wash 300 lite 10kg. When it spins it sounds like a loud hammer going around. My neighbours are complaining downstairs. My boyfriend adjusted the feet and the machine doesn't move or wobble until you go on a spin
First thing is to check the transit bolts are all out. If 1 or more have been left in the machine then it could damage it and make the loud banging sound like it is.
Mine does the same. Like a loud tapping sound. I've spent far too long adjusting and readjusting the feet. Nothing I do helps and there are no transit bolts left in it. I'm at a total loss.
Very strange one but check to make sure the pump and filter is not blocked as this can have an affect on the spinning and washing. Also check that the water outlet is not blocked, if it is blocked then the water will not pump out and it may not spin as well. Is it making a grinding noise while in motion? If it is then it could be the bearings.
I'm not 100% sure but provided the wiring and size is identical i don't see why not. It's possible to 'hot wire' this type of motor to make it spin faster too.
Questo è un buon programma da usare se hai bisogno di un lavaggio veloce, ma consiglierei uno dei lavaggi più lunghi per ottenere prestazioni di lavaggio migliori e potresti scoprire che è anche più efficiente.
What is the point of the One Touch App. Is it just for troubleshooting? . When I saw it in the advertisement online and bought it I thought One Touch was just a quick, all-in-one wash setting for if you don't want to jump through hoops to get what you want. OK so it tells you your serial number and shows you all the programs but they're all sitting there anyway so, as I said, what is the point because it's missed me. when I saw "App" in the instructions I thought it was some sort of remote access thing where you can turn the machine on from your phone if you're out, although I would never do that. I just got this machine today and I'm regretting it having seen all the options and bells and whistles. Prbably not the best choice for someone in their late 70s. Too confusing, but I was desperate and it was a decent price and available. I don't like the reduced loads for faster wash. My old machine would just simply change from 2hr to 1.15. Why don't they make a simple machine for dummies. I think out of all the stupid programs I had on my last one I actually used 3. The hottest wash, the Eco wash (nearly all the time) and the delicates for wollens etc. I really didn't want to wash trainers or Flash Cotton whatever that was. One instruction in my booklet says if you wash a rug or bed covers it's best not to use the spin. What? How would you get them dry in an upstairs flat if you can't spin them? I suppose I'll just have to get used to it. 😥
Some of the apps that manufacturers use are ok but not bullet proof and sometimes not that easy to use. They are improving and each time they update the app it is getting better. Good luck with the machine!!
@@lords-electrical Thanks x I'm not that pleased with it really because some of the faster programs just won't let you use the 1400 spin for some unknown reason it just defaults to a slower one so if I want a fast wash at 40 deg I have to do an extra spin after. I was looking at the Hoover h wash 500 which has a 1600 max spin speed and that seems to let you use the fastest spin on a quick wash. Other niggle is how sensitive the touch controls are, it's so easy to flick past the temp or spin speed you want. Worst thing was trying to teach my (male) lodger to use it. 😂
