THANK YOU!!! Every time I use my Hoover, and I begin a 2nd cleaning, the freaking thing never sucks up! EVER! I always just give up on a 2nd cleaning & call it a day...till the next time I need to use it. Same thing...2nd cleaning never sucks up, I give up till next time & on & on. Thing is...each time I come back to use it, I always take it apart & clean it...just a habit, and it always works. All I ended up doing was re-closing/securing it, without realizing what I was doing. This time, after a few months of not using it, I cleaned it like usual but this time it failed to suck up, so I thought...hmmm...lemme see what you tube has to say about this. And your video was the 1st one. Turns out my dirty container was not secured properly. I did what you said & voila!!! :D Now I know to make certain everything is secure. So...THANK YOU!!!

Thank you SO MUCH! Loss of suction was making me crazy and I went out and rented a carpet cleaning machine . . . .when I just should have taken 2 minutes to check You Tube first! Back in business!
