Hi, If it’s draining I would recommend to unplug for a night to cancel the error message from PC board. If doesn’t drain then there is still blockage between the drum and filter.

@@georgesworkshop8600mine will drain. Dont have issue with draining. I have cleaned filter and there is nothing there. But still shows the error sign. What might be the issue? Mine is Chiq 8/5kg front load washer/dryer

Hi there thanks for this as I've done it I watched the video and it has done exactly what you said it needed doing to it so I cleaned out the drainage filter and that and I even had a look at the drainage pipe under my kitchen sink and that wasn't in good shape either so I cleaned that out too and guess what it has defo worked so thank you for helping me and.saving me a lot.of money seen as I don't need to buy a new one now in fact I ended up with over £7 from what came.out.of the filter and the drainage pipe so it was a win win for me after watching yr video so thsmk x

Hi Melissa, Could you start a washing cycle? May something is still in the system, or need to reset the machine itself. Is the beeping still there ?

@@georgesworkshop8600 Oh the beeping is constantly their.... Has been since day 1 tbh.... It starts the wash cycle fine, generally by itself as if U pressed the start button. I assume it's the main board but am not paying £140 for a new board. I should have used the warranty when I had it but I figured 1 day I could fix it myself. But.. I learned I can't fix everything it seems .. Appreciate the interest though :)

Hi Carol, you should find the blockage within your machine. Need to remove the front panel. There is a tube between the drum and pump. May it’s there the blockage. Or obstruction in the pump, something stuck in paddles.

Hi, Does the pump work? Take off the pump’s lid and start a spin programme. Water is not required in this case and you can test it. If the paddle doesn’t spin, no electricity in it. Must check wires. May you can find the issue

Hi, if it’s loud on spinning don’t spend any money on it. One error probably related from other. If you can’t remove the filter lid, need to remove the water pump and follow the video’s instructions.

I am sorry for the late answer. It could be a blockage in the tubes, too. I hope you found already the issue, but if you couldn’t , please check all tubes.

Hi Michelle, If your son’s staff could be guilty I would ask your son to help remove the lid of the filter. May something stucked there and this is why you couldn’t open. You will be wondered if once opened what a treasure is there.

Hi, Have you returned wires correctly, if you removed any? To clean the filter shouldn’t effect on power.

Hello @@georgesworkshop8600, yes we did but the water supply was stoped.A fiew minutes later, the washing mashine turned on but wasnt usable due to the lack of water. Today, i just repaired the tap but still cant turn the machine on. I think that it need to be reseted.
