I can't speak for the rest of the team, only myself. But you are absolutely right that I don't have previous commentary experience. I've been making content for the best part of a decade and I'm very comfortable on a microphone, but commentary is a new skill set that I'm learning on the job. Ravensburger approached me and I was, ofcourse, absolutely honored to be asked... I absolutely adore this game and sharing it with more people, I'm trying my hardest and putting as much effort as I can into improving... for what it's worth, I genuinely feel like Chicago was a HUGE step up over Atlanta in all aspects and I'm proud of what the team has put together. I am not ashamed, I'm sorry I suck, I'm genuinely working hard not to 😅

The 2 Lille commentators (Villain and Speci) - are competitive players. The 2 main Atlanta commentators (Liam and Brennan) have played competitively, but are really more interested in the art of Lorcana - and that shows in their full understanding of the gameplay of the try-hards on the streams they are covering.

In Atlanta, the games were pre-recorded then the comenting was added afterwards. They really couldn't do anything about the errors and it would have been awkward for them to call out players after. The judges definitely should have caught those plays though.

Prices seem to go down with each event.. when do you think is the right time to buy prize promos like foil & non-foil rapunzel, let it go, cindy, dragon fires etc?
