He is highly influenced by Eminem, hopsin is to Marcus what Shady is to Eminem. Also the strangeness is "horrorcore" a subgenre of rap i believe but im not sure. I have only begun to listen to him however i love his music and flows. He had a very tough time with the backstabbing baby momma and since she is doing everything to prevent his son from meeting him. He made ill mind of hopsin 9 for his son and another based on the momma. Hopsin isnt mentally ill he expresses his struggle, his desires, and uses his talents for it. Hes a fighter and with a son im sure he isn't giving up anytime soon. As a father myself who has cheated death many times i can relate to his lyrics and am now a fan who appreciates his artistry.

He made that song because people made him feel like he wasn't normal Since he came up dissing everybody He got alot of hate, so it might've gotten to him and then he decided to move to Australia to see his son And he was planning to stop rapping

Hop just doesnt like the fact that people think hes changed as he became famous Hes still humble and wants to be treated normally But hes still not satisfied with how he lives because he feel like hes always gonna be seen as a idol and he doesn't know who he can be real with without worrying if they just doing it for money and fame

I think he is aware of what is happening but grounded to not fall into hollywood trap but struggles with himself out of music. That he got alot more than what he expected with being well known. And it makes him struggle with who marcas is and who hopsin is. He is struggling with two identities. Hopsin is angry and marcas has been hurt.

His name is Marcus Hopson but he was a nerd in school he said then started rapping and created like alter ego THING like slim shady. His being his last name hopsin changing the son to sin. Then he said it was hard dealing with people who never fucked with him as a person but they are down with hin now as hopsin. He says a lot of shit for shock value just like eminems does. I think hes mainly talking about getting famous. How no onev cares how Marcus feels. They just want hopsin. I know he has A.D.H.D. or A.D.D. and doesn't drink or do drugs.
