Hearing silence say this though does tell us something not that it might matter to you but it gives us the fact that guerrilla plan this way a long time ago and it already recorded probably the voice lines of animation and CGI

He had a lot of filmed movies and series yet to debut, but this may be the last of him in Horizon. I don't doubt they have archives of unused material or alternate takes that might be used in a cameo or whatnot in the 3rd game to wrap up his character.

We still have Destiny 2, as I'm sure he did voice work for the remaining seasons. Not too sure about Destiny's next expansion though. Plus, he still have other films that haven't came out yet, I know the Percy Jackson show just wrapped filming a few weeks ago. I think that might be his last performing role in film (or TV) at least.

Chadwick Boseman's final performance in What If wasn't until over a year after his death. Lance still has a few movies and shows left that are in post-production or finished voice recording, including Percy Jackson and Vox Machina season 3.

I’m so glad to have heard his voice in this video! I hope we’ll get more interaction with him in this dlc, though I wonder how they’re gonna do it with him gone in the lash horizon game

@@funtime_error_ My theory is a grievous injury or some form of illness befalls him sometime between Burning Shores and Horizon III and his consciousness somehow gets absorbed/merged with Gaia so his knowledge can help the team out in the future.

Probably going to be recast, or some sort of impairment on his voice where he needs to write things down

I really like the Horizon games a lot. Awesome world-building, with tons of potential, from Guerilla! I do miss the KZ series though....

Highly doubt Guerilla's even started making the 3rd game yet cause their focus is on this expansion, but when they do begin they might recast or not include Sylens at all in the next game

I thought the difficulty could be adjusted after the main quests were finished.

@@MultiArchangel That is what the warning stated, but there is no difficulty options once you finish the main quest. You need another NG+ to change the difficulty - which would now require another playthrough for the DLC.

I did two ng + playthrough one in ultra hard and one in very hard, and tbh very hard was just the perfect balance for me, more options you can adjust and I hate not seing the health bar of the enemies, looking forward for this dlc !!

Horizon 3 will be PS5 only 100%. Although it may take so long to make, it might receive PS6 enhancements as well.

@@ThePreciseClimber True. Each Horizon game has taken at least 5 years to release (longer in development time), plus they had that VR game- Call of the Mountain as well. If they stick to the same schedule, then Horizon 3 will be out in 2027. As for PS6, I think a PC port is more realistic for the first-party megahits from PlayStation Studios that also have live-action series in development. Plus PS5 is the first console in a long-time to be fully backwards compatible. If PS6 is the same we won't have to worry, but I don't think they're in any rush to make a new console just yet. Besides, the human eye can easily perceive visual improvements beyond 8K, so I think we've hit almost hit the ceiling on that front. So it may get a re-release someday, I don't think it's planned yet. It might even be just provided if the PS6 has a PS Plus Collection (of selected games which is just about to be retired on PS5). Who knows. PS6 will probably be out in 2030 which is a long way away.

@@apache937 PS6 will definitely have a system-seller when it launches, but I don't think that will be Horizon 3. The third game will definitely be out sooner than that (2027 if they stick to the same 5-year schedule). PS6 probably won't be here till 2030.

@@chrisbgoodv2178 No it's the attitude of someone who recognizes quality and knows that Guerilla will deliver a perfect complement to an already great game. The DLC for Zero Dawn was a 6-8 hours add-on story with many more hours if you wanted to explore everything well worth it's 20$, and this will be too.

@@chrisbgoodv2178 I am invested in the story and the world of Horizon. I've played Zero Dawn, Frozen Wilds, Forbidden West and Call of the Mountain, and I'm yet to be disappointed. I have full faith in the artists and developers of this series. I stand by my comments, I'm looking forward to it.
