I've just watched a playthrough of Burning Shores since I don't have a PS5 and I gotta say that Kylie and Ashly really did an outstanding job here! Already found Ashly quite amazing in ZD and FW, but this is next level. Thank you for bringing to life these characters in the wonderful world of Horizon! 💙

Sylens is the second main character of the franchise, only after Aloy. So passing of Lance Reddick is a huge impact on the franchise. The final chapter Horizon 3 will be missing him. Sylens is such an important character, devs can't write him off and make the third game without him. Probably he'll be played with a new actor. I'm just curious how this'll turn out.

Just finished the main game yesterday. What a ride. Man it is so sad what happened with Lance Reddick. I wonder what they'll do with the character in a future game.

I'm a huge Ashly Burch fan. Ever since the whole 'Hey Ash. Whattcha playin'? series on youtube. Knowing that she has become this amazing voice/actor actually makes me proud and very happy for her.

Between this, The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom releasing next month and then Final Fantasy XVI releasing this summer, my social life will be non existent the next few months.

Don’t get me wrong, I liked Seyka’s character. However, when they mention badass women in the Horizon franchise (besides our protagonist of course) and Aloy meeting her match, I can’t help but wonder, “Did you all forget about Talanah?”

What it means to love??? I feel a disturbance in the force

Okay but watching this I felt weird with how they tried to sell Seyka as a strong warrior *female* character that is Aloy's match and making out like this is new and never seen before in the franchise. That's simply not true, there were actually better examples of this in Talanah and even Zoe to degree, Aloy has met plenty of female characters that could give her a run for her money, there's nothing she could have seen in Seyka that would awe her that she hasn't seen before, the only thing connecting them is that they were both kinda outcasts (but is Seyka really, she lived her whole life with her tribe). And it's also false cause I didn't feel this way about Seyka playing the game, I didn't for 1 second feel like she came close to being Aloy's match, I actually got this lingering sense that she's a bit incapable. Just them trying to convince you that a female character is more than she is when they didn't put in the writting effort to really make it so, I kinda wish I didn't see this video. I'm glad Aloy finally got a love interest, but Seyka felt like a forced character just for the sake of Aloy having a love interest.

So hyped for this. Forbidden West is brilliant and I hope the DLC lives up to its standards and does not disappoint like the frozen wilds DLC did where it felt like u just running errands.

Rip to lace Riddick he was truly a remarkable actor.Also on horizon forbidden west,the spinecastor i beat it after 30 tries,at one point i gave up,then i decided to persevere .

Horizon is just the most fun game I have ever played and learning about this universe and the tribes is always such an amazing experience that no other game has ever given me before. I love open world games and Horizon Forbidden West is the best so thank you so much for this new dlc and I love you guys at Guerrilla

I understand their hyping up the new character and I was definitely a fan . However I'm going to have to disagree with the aloy finally meeting her match thing . There were several characters in both games that could've qualified for that .

You know, I was overall neutral on the idea of Seyka being Aloy's possible love interests. I was like, guys we have just one concept art and a few scenes of them interacting in a single trailer, we need something more then that... And then 2:51 to 2:54 happened and now I'm wondering, "Okay, ARE they going to be a thing?" It's not that Aloy helps her up it's how the two bump into each other and what seems to be a long pause after that moment, like they've just realized how close they are and it's like "Aloy and Seyka .exe has stopped working. Please realize your feelings and Reboot Systems to Begin Properly working." That, combined with Kylie Liya Page's little bit about opening up to love and I'm like, "Are you trying to be subtle and failing at it?"

I hate that Elden Ring came out at the same time as Forbidden West, so many people missed out on an amazing game. I personally platinumed both.

Loved sekya and what she brought to burning shores. They fit so well together and she brought so much to aloys emotional growth. I hope we see them together again

Not watching this as I wanna play the DLC as blind as possible but this character looks awesome and I can't wait to see her in the expansion ^__^
