System ram and vram usage has gone down , cpu usage has gone way up.

Can you for the next time go inside the building where there is the "Strike" game ? This place is where VRAM goes BRRR and this is where we'll see the difference

have you checked Rebar performance in other games as well? apparently Rebar performing worst in Horizon. Should I disable it? I also use 3070

These changes are small and don't change much. Often, modders have fixed certain game problems, such as HDR, faster than nixxes. They would make a decent patch, not these tiny little things. It's good that you showed it.

i have some weird problem(which is also present in other sony games such as uncharted,last of us part 1)where camera panning is not smooth regardless of fps,i have checked everything tho..this was a known issue with uncharted 4 on pc..

I Still have fps Drops on cutscenes with rtx 3070 16gb ram ryzen 7 5800

8 Gb VRAM won't cut it anymore without lowering texture quality. Nvidia Plan "Obsolence".
