P.S. I went and flew this plane about 2 or 3 times more after we filmed this video, and no drama! Seems to be holding up just fine!
...or just go buy the parts kit at Horizonhobby.com -
www.horizonhobby.com/landing-...
...and that'd work just fine too!!!

Thanks for watching!

I have an opportunity to get a T28 Eflite basic for $150. Is it worth it?

One question for clarity... This - www.horizonhobby.com/t-28-trojan-12m-bnf-basic-efl8350 ...If it's this one, then Heck YES!!! OR This - www.horizonhobby.com/t-28-trojan-bnf-basic-efl4450 ...maybe not...you can do better ;) Good luck!

Brian Phillips it’s the second one..would you recommend the umx Cessna over that t28?

I wouldn't really put them in the same consideration, since they are such different planes, but for $280 BNF Basic, you can have the T-28B Trojan 1.2m, a VERY good plane, OR for about $130 BNF Basic, you can have a very nice Cessna 182 UMX. The T-28 is a better overall value, it's just bigger, with more of everything. More motor, larger servos, electronics, retracts, flaps...but it's bigger, but maybe you're into the smaller planes, so you can try and hold down the cost of lipo's for example, or maybe your flying site would only allow for the UMX. Either way, these are two very different planes, for potentially two different flight occasions, and circumstances. This is really a matter of opinion...so I can't make the decision for you, sorry! I don't mean to over-complicate, but I tend to do that with everything! P.S. Is it too much to ask for BOTH??? Maybe just buy one and add the other to the "short list"...
