Horizon Zero Dawn is a 2017 action role-playing game developed by Guerrilla Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The game was released for PlayStation 4 in 2017 and Windows in 2020.
Horizon Zero Dawn is the first game of the Horizon video game series. The plot follows Aloy, a young hunter in a world overrun by machines, who sets out to uncover her past. The player uses ranged weapons, a spear, and stealth to combat mechanical creatures and other enemy forces. A skill tree provides the player with new abilities and bonuses. The player can explore the open world to discover locations and take on side quests.
Horizon Zero Dawn is Guerrilla Games' first intellectual property since Killzone in 2004 and its first role-playing video game. Development began in 2011 after the completion of Killzone 3, with director Mathijs de Jonge considering it the riskiest idea pitched at the time. The game engine, Decima, was developed for Killzone: Shadow Fall and altered for Horizon Zero Dawn. Being set in a post-apocalyptic setting, anthropologists were consulted to authenticate the world's decay over a millennium. The soundtrack was led by composer Joris de Man, featuring contributions from The Flight.
Horizon Zero Dawn was praised by critics for its open world, story, visuals, combat, characterization, and the performance of voice actress Ashly Burch; however, the dialogue, melee combat, and character models received some criticism. The game won numerous awards and sold over 24.3 million units by April 2023, making it one of the best-selling PlayStation 4 games. An expansion, The Frozen Wilds, was released in November 2017. A sequel, Horizon Forbidden West, was released for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on 18 February 2022.

I think once you get a full set of shadow weapons you’ll enjoy the sling and rope caster a lot more. Some of the bigger enemies are just such a grind with a bow only. Need that rope caster, especially useful for flying enemies

The stats are so low on the Nora survivor heavy armor because if memory serves armor doesn't usually use multiple Elemental resistances

Maybe you can upgrade the spear in the DLC and they made it so you can find them in base game? Because i sure as hell don't recall it getting slots

Handling effects the speed of drawing arrows i believe [Edit] partly correct it effects draw speed and reload speed

I see you already finished Zero Dawn, and I dont want to discourage you, I've watched this series sofar. With that said I dont understand why you play this game, say you like it, but still seems like you didnt want to spend any time at all learning the game mechanics. Relying so much on Ravager cannons for example. I'm no expert on this game, but learn what the different arrows does atleast. The Tear Blast arrow rips of the part or armour plate you hit, so if you hit the cannon on a Ravager, it tears off, dont remember if it's guaranteed in one shot, but that the point atleast. When using elemantal arrows, the icon above the enemy has an outside ring that fills up more and more, shoot untill that is filled, the same goes for the Ropecaster, only ties the enemy completly down when that ring is full. I dont know if you already know (or knew at the time of this video) this, but when using your focus on an enemy, the various parts of the enemy is highlighted in orange (or yellow maybe) and they take more damage when you hit those, and the eyes are weak points for all the mechanical enemies. When I played Forbidden West I got into the Frozen Wilds, as quickly as possible, and got all the best bows in the game up there, made the game much more fun for me, plus the skill that slows down the time whenever you jump, also alot of fun. They partly removed that in Forbidden West I think, not a fan of that tbh, but haven't played Forbidden West through yet. Anyways not trying to be an ass, but it wathing these videos I get anoyed that you dont seem to put any effort into really learning about the game, seems so rushed to me, but damn you are putting out alot of videos, keep that up! (and yes, I know I can just chose not to watch his videos if they anoy me, but I still like them)

I get better as time goes on. But if I want to move on to new games, I have to do my best to make videos that focus on the main story. It’s just my play style. It’s not always efficient nor does it always make sense. Could also be my ADHD. In any case, I always do things the hard way. Probably the most frustrating thing about me.

@@Marcanine as I said I dont want to discourage you, and I can just stop watching if I dont like the content, but I do and with all the videos you Push out it seems to me that you could do well, and want to do well. So just trying to give a bit of contructive critisism, if it was too harsh I apoligise! :) Keep it up and do it however you want to! 😊
