0. studies
Your dentist should ask you as the case may be: a panoramic, periapical or tomography X-ray. To see the proximity to the dental nerve, size, and arrangement of the roots.
1 local anesthesia.
The first thing the dentist will do is apply local anesthesia, with a very good technique it is usually enough so that the patient does not feel any pain during the surgery.
2. disinfection:
disinfection can be done with some antiseptic or mouthwash.
3. incision and flap
the incision may vary depending on the case, and will depend directly on the technique to be used.
After discovering we can see a part of the dental crown, the same that is lying and in intimate relationship with the front tooth or 2nd molar.
4. ostectomy
If necessary, wear is carried out at the bone level that surrounds the crown of the included molar, this helps the dentist to dislocate the tooth and carry out the next step.
5. dental section
It must be made between one or more cuts to the molar to remove it in parts, and varies according to each case. In this case the 1st cut is to divide the crown of the root since it would be impossible to remove the entire tooth.
