Hey Caro may be a pain but she has a footy background second to none. When she was growing up her father Ian Wilson was president of Richmond football club in the days of Graeme Richmond as general manager, Tom Hafey as coach and tough nut players including Kevin Sheedy, Francis Bourke, Neil Balme and Robbie McGee to name a few. As an opposition supporter I can tell you that the Tigers in those days were the toughest meanest outfit on and off the field that I have seen in my lifetime. Caro would have seen it all

So why on earth are we full speed ahead on adding Tasmania and possibly NT when we obviously do not have enough talent in the system as it is. The talent pool is now very shallow with the bottom 2-4 clubs way below standard. The finances to have additional teams might be there but the talent isn't.

Yes it’s a joke. I mean cmon, how big will the attendances be at a cold Hobart stadium every second week🤦🏼‍♂️ As for NT, they couldn’t pack out the Suns vs Hawthorn....and for a so called State where football is a religion, the crowd was poor. NT couldn’t sustain a club in the NEAFL but think they can bring a viable club into the AFL. NT are delusional and are simply kidding themselves.

@@azzajames7661 very much inclined to agree. Watch the players of other codes trip over themselves to have a crack at AFLW due to the new CA just signed. Most won’t have touched a footy before. Erin Phillips taking the game by the scruff as she has, given she hasn’t played footy since she was 14 will be an extreme outlier.

It reminds me of the Bolton appointment at Carlton, as they got him as a teacher/senior coach for development, but it became clear rather quickly that he couldn't coach, nor teach, nor develop for that matter 🙄 Who knows what the answer is? Wait there,.....what is the question 🤔!?! lol Do the roos have a good list? "No". Do the roos have the correct coach? I'm also going to say "no", but who knows if he had some good players to coach?! Did the roos as a whole overevaluate their list and direction?! "yes" that would appear true, too🤔

@@redtiger4352 The roos seem a bit of a fractured club, both on and off the field 🤔 They need to correct that and all move in the same direction, together😉 Talent alone doesn't make one a good player, as they need the hunger to try hard, too😜 That Jason Horne-Francis showing an eagerness to leave the club, although he still has a year remaining, will suck the life out of the club🙄 Things need to change and fast.

@@azzajames7661 their playing list right now has 9 top ten draft picks and 15 that came from first round picks. You cant be top ten pick if you dont have talent??? You said do they have a good list you said No. There are other factors to winning. You get the talent in then you need to develop them this requires develoment and mentorship. Then you have to nurture them as young boys you need community culture and mateship. Then you need bring them all together with good leadership, team system and coaching. Its not just oh they dont try hard enough thats why they lose

This panel wander all about like a dog smelling butts. 3/4 weeks ago they're all for a new GC coach, now they want Stewie re-signed. If he loses 2 they'll be for sacking him again. And like-for-like? Did I miss Norf getting an axtra 21 first round picks? They aren't alike at all. Just let Norf be Norf. Noble as good as anyone through this period.

There's good coaches that can couch a good team and there's great coaches that can build a team into a good team it takes time and patience and a lot of work from coach to everyone involved north might need to take a back step and have a good look at everyone and and come up with long term goals . North's a great club and it will bounce back like clubs do . Mark Williams great choice I agree with Kane 👍🏉

Simmo is a Premiership coach, so he has enough credibility to get another job after he leaves West Coast. Noble's only other experience as a head coach was almost 20 years ago in the SANFL when he failed to qualify for the finals with Glenelg in the two years he was there. Noble was an absolutely diabolical appointment by North for which we are now paying the penalty.

When a pick 1 tells your club they are leaving after the 2yrs that are compulsory, IF you are smart, you will do a deal with a club from his home State. North were offered great deals from the Crows and Port, they rolled the dice and picked him and it’s a monumental screw up from North....champ. So in essence, not only will they lose Francis, they’ve wasted 2yrs of a kids career. All top picks go to lower teams....really....I never knew that🤭

The sooner North gets rid of the totally clueless Noble, the sooner North can get its rebuild on course. Right now we have no clue about the potential within the current list because Noble is incapable of getting the best out of the players. At the moment there is no game plan, no skill development and as a result no collective spirit. Giving Noble till the end of the season is waiting too long. Our best young talent will walk away from the club when their contracts expire if they can't see any future at the club.

@@Hehawtyragu Noble was backroom staff at the Lions, not the head coach. Those are two totally different roles. Almost 20 years ago he had his only previous gig as a head coach for two years at Glenelg where he didn't manage to play finals footy. In 18 months he has only managed to have the club go backwards. He is supposed to be a development coach, but the North players have the lowest skill levels in the AFL. Passing the footy is even too hard for some of them. Enough is enough. Instead of just criticising me for expressing a view with supporting statements, what can you claim that Noble to be doing well based on some evidence?

Nah, they're not. Comparing them to someone like Melbourne when they're in the second year of a rebuild, building from the midfield out and ravaged by injury is laughable. Where do you expect them to be in the second year of their rebuild? Top four? They're not even on the bottom of the ladder. Again, laughable judgement. How do you know JHF will leave? Do you know his family, his manager, know someone within the NMFC or do you buy into the hype pushed by these talking heads? "Enjoy the bottom for the next decade" - You don't even know this. You know nothing. Also, I never said or played "what ifs" once - lol.

@@cliffbooth4826 Won't make any difference, The club has enough problems as it, Doing that to your membership lowers our fans like we were Richmond/Carlton ones back in the day. Trust me I'm not happy with the roos at the momet they are painfull to watch, A lot is on the players not performing as they should be.
