Hello Beautiful Wonderful People!
Today's video is going to be my 2nd video in this 7 days of Christmas series. Today we are talking about some of the worst costumer service experiences that I had while working at Ulta Beauty. I worked for the company for almost 5 years... and it was about 4 years too long. I worked at Walmart for 2 years and had much better clientele while I was there. No lie. You'll have to watch the video to see how bad it got! I also wanted to take the time to tell the story because (if you have ever worked in costumer service) we all know how horrible people get around the holidays. So I figured we could all commiserate together!

Felt you on that last one with the whole manager situation, something like this happened to me before and it was so annoying to get rushed back to work after dealing with racism they only care about the money not employees too much which sucks.. can’t believe she compared to her grandsons hair to carpet smh

I’ve worked in retail around the holidays it wasn’t no joke especially working at a clothing store . I definitely don’t miss working in retail at the mall especially when people can be so rude and yell at you for no reason ..

Man I work at Ulta now! I love my job so much.. but ppl are horrible. They be tempting me! I be like breh I will catch a case don’t take my kindness for weakness! Like bro I will spit on your items in yo ulta bag! Ppl are disgusting and treat us like a piece of shit! Your beautiful by the way ! I bet they mad cus they looking like the creep creeper! 💀

I cannnnnnnnot 😂😂😂 I’m so glad I was literally there for ALL of these moments! -The lady with the nail polish made me walk outside and show her the polish. -😂 I definitely ruined her daughter’s Christmas -The biracial kid literally had like a baby Loc growing in his hair from it being so matted and unkept Smh -We forgot when Adam didn’t have the birthday gift for that lady and she came back in the door and was like “and one more thing F*%# You😂😭

I have been at ulta for five years now as a stylist and girlllll shew… thank God for my clientele, being at least great because they came with me from another salon that I managed however, Ulta if you are the workhorse, you will never be management. They have made that very clear in my store, and they are about to lose me. 🤷‍♀️ seems like the ones who never did anything always got the better jobs and better pay and the ones of us that work our butt off get passed up every time

I see this is an older video, but it popped up That last woman OMG… I’ve never worked in retail but I think that story tops the Great Xenophobic Rant of 2017 on my FB. This woman had apparently seen a boy from a locally-large immigrant group acting like a little 💩 on the playground…. and then started ranting about how if his mom didn’t want to teach him to be a respectful American kid buh-bye… and if she didn’t want to assimilate and dress American buh-bye 🤬🤬🤬 Uh last time I checked, religious freedom is kind of a foundational concept here? And if one’s religion (🙋🏻‍♀️🧕🏻) tells its adherents to cover skin and conceal shape, WE’RE ALLOWED TO DO THAT. I’m American and being American doesn’t give random xenophobes the right to see my hair or my cleavage-and choosing to live here instead of their war-torn and starving homeland doesn’t EITHER. But THIS POS Grandma using skin color to explain unruly behavior… wtf. That’s not even a micro aggression IMP. And to lean over and whisper “he’s half black” as if that’s not only a reason for behavior but something to be ashamed of?? I mean you lean over and whisper “there’s something stuck in your teeth” or “your zipper is open.” I can understand how the way she went on and on about the two kids’ hair would affect you too… I’m sorry you had to experience that. Grandma if by some stroke of serendipity you are reading this, I have no words to describe the secondhand embarrassment I feel for you. As a white woman, I'm nauseous over these other white womens behaviors. I feel there is nothing micro about these aggressions either! I don't understand the entitlement, I really don't. I admire your strength though, because were I there to witness this garbage I would have flipped out. I was actually in my local Ulta recently when a Karen was attacking this guy because he's gay. I told her to crawl back into whatever homophobic hole she came out of lol. Triggered Karen!
