@@Xynam0 Chara is there to do sadistic things, as we see that in the second Pacifist, all the eyes in the picture are crossed out. Frisk can’t escape Chara unless there is a glitch in the timeline. Chara implies genocide.

I think Frisk took that residue with them when they left the underground, so you’d have to find the annoying dog first. That mutt kinda comes and goes as he pleases, so it’d really be up to chance at that point. There’s also the problem that dog salads are the worst healing item in the game, even worse than the tiny little rock candies you get in the Ruins. To me that means that they have basically no “nutritional value” for monsters or humans at all. Of course, that’s still better than nothing but I doubt you’d be able to reliably satiate the entire underground with it even if it’s being produced on an industrial scale.

I have a question: what aspects of Classic actually make people like him more than AU’s? Some AU’s really improve everything except nostalgia. Classic isn’t even in my top 10.

@@Sean-qg3gg True. We get a lot more depth in many AUs, and it's easier to develop an excellent Sans when the stories are in his perspective. We don't get nearly as much depth for Sans ingame(even though there's still a lot to go around) because it feels like he's actively trying to keep that stuff hidden from the Player. Stuff like Horrortale(for a spectacular broken Sans) Aftertale(for an interesting take on a mostly intact Sans in direct conflict with a desparate and manipulative Sans), Storyshift(although I haven't finished this one), Flowey is not a good Life Coach(for a similar Sans to the game, but with Paps' perspective which just turns the whole thing on its head), the Scientist/Entropy/HTSTW(for an amazing backstory+depressed+mental issues Sans) there's just. Like. An endless amount of Sans that are spectacular? It's really kinda just... cool how talented the Fandom can be(when it's not being really weird). Just like. I'll be sure to list more as I come across old finds. I' only just getting back into UT, and Aftertale and Horrortale were brand new discoveries for me.

@@TheQuashingoftheTub Well, welcome back to the multiverse! I definitely recommend UnderVerse! The Sans from XTale in there, Cross, is the best character in the multiverse, and many others agree. Another definite recommendation I have for you is Error Sans. He’s a type of sequel to AfterTale from the same creator, but much more interesting than it already was. A few others I love are DustTale, UnderFell, ChanceTale, and UnderToad. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, since I consider myself an expert! Also StoryShift Sans (or King Sans) is just Sans as Asgore, separated from Papyrus. There’s not much extra from Classic, but King Sans is more proactive. The most interesting thing is how he spared Shift!Chara but not the other fallen humans.
