Horse harness ring or Dorset button? We will never know!  

This video came about because of a comment on one of our finds - a metal ring. Craig suggested looking up Dorset buttons, we had never heard of them and when I Googled it, I thought it was fascinating, so much so that I (Wendy, not Jon) decided to have a go and make a Dorset button. Obviously, most of the little rings we find are some sort of horse harness ring, but maybe some of them are what is left of a Dorset button? Check out Craig, who we thank for the suggestion.
