Horse Racing Death 233 - Galitello at Ripon Racecourse 

Galitello slips up on a part of the track a horse had slipped up on earlier in the meeting. The course was check and deemed safe. Surprise surprise, it wasn't safe. The horse sustained a fatal injury.
