Hi Todd. Let me start by saying thanks for all the help and can’t wait to get my tremor 3. I’ve been taking LR classes here in my state of PA. and I’ve gotten down the rabbit hole of how to test track my scopes. I have the MOA I think figured out my formula being (for the SWFA scope I have lowest parallax setting is 10yds) so I 10yds x 5MOA x constant .01047 = .5235 that’s a measurement in inches. I’ll do this math all the way down to the end of the Terrett run in this case 110 MOA. In increments of 5MOA And set up my paper as you do in your cats test. Now my question. When I do a MILS test my constant is .03599 is my end number in my equation in inches or metric? For instance 10m x 1mil x constant .03599=.3599 is .3599 millimeters centimeters or inches? Am I doing this right? Thanks for any help it’s greatly appreciated.

Not toally clear on your question, are you trying to test tracking at 10 yards? If so you won't have enough fidelity to see if the turrets are actually tracking, there just isn't enough linear difference between 5 and 6 MOA to see at such a close range. Regardless, to get the spacing 1 mil=3.6" at 100 yards so if you use inches the result will be inches, or it's 1 mil=10 cm 100 yards in which case your spacing would be in cm (metric). You should test tracking at at least 100 yards though to get meaningful results.
