In this video I had an opportunity to visit Horween Leather Co in Chicago, Illinois while I just happend to be in town for business. Horween is the supplier for the Shell Cordovan for Allen Edmonds shoes. As a matter of fact, the soles of their Shell Cordovan shoes actually have the "Genuine Horween Shell Cordovan" stamp on them:

I took an impromtu tour, and show you some of the finer points of calfskin and shell cordovan leather production.
